Salmon and oily Fish

Salmon and other fish like mackerel, sardines and tuna re rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which apart from their commonly known health benefits are also essential to support scalp health by keeping their right levels of moisturazation. Having too little can result in a dry scalp that gives hair a dull look.



Eggs

Adequate protein is necessary for a luxuriant mane since hair is made up of protein. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and they contain Vitamin B12 too, which is necessary beauty ingredient. Its crucial for the formation of hemoglobin that carries oxygen from the lungs to other parts of the body, including the hair.

Another powerhouse healthy hair food, Avocados are rich in Vitamin A which apart from its widely known benefit of improving vision, helps restore shine along with Vitamin E. Just mash half an avocado in a bowl, apply the mixture to your unwashed hair from roots to the ends, and leave on for twenty minutes. Afterwards shampoo and condition as normal. Your hair will be shinier than ever.
